COMPANY UPDATE
The Board of Growth Capital Group Limited provides the following information to shareholders, together with the other investors and interested parties.
Growth Capital Group has continued to progress multiple potential transactions during the course of calendar year 2024. For various reasons, mostly beyond the direct control of GCG, each has been subject to delays; consequentially, there has been no investor update during the course of 2024, as previously communicated here, for which we sincerely apologise.
We are actively working towards being in the position to provide a meaningful company update to shareholders in early 2025. More information will be published here in due course.
In the meantime, we thank you for your continued support and patience during this time and we wish all a Safe & Happy New Year.

The Board of Growth Capital Group Limited continues to progress its proposed listing of GCG on the ASX and is looking forward to presenting this to shareholders in 2024.

The Board of Growth Capital Group Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Kaz Pociask as an additional Company Secretary.
For an interim timeframe, Robert [Bob] Richards will continue as Company Secretary jointly with Kaz Pociask to provide an effective handover transition.
Kaz Pociask is an Associate with Jersey & York Capital Partners in Sydney Australia and has been involved with Growth Capital Group [formerly known as Medivac] since during its external administration; with responsibility for various shareholder activities including managing the shareholders register together with the project management of the general meeting plus more recently planning preparation for the Growth Capital Group listing on the ASX.
Mr Pociask has qualifications in business.

The Board of Growth Capital Group Limited is pleased to announce that Hall Chadwick has lodged the requisite documentation* with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission [ASIC] to effectuate the Deed of Company Arrangement [DOCA] - to certify that the deed is wholly effectuated by circumstances set out in the deed.

At the General Meeting held on Thursday 30 July 2020, a resolution was passed to consolidate the share capital of the company under the Deed of Company Arrangement [DOCA].
ASIC has now processed the share consolidation plus the formal change of name of the company from Medivac Limited to Growth Capital Group Limited together with the adoption of the new constitution for the company - a copy of which is available here for registered shareholders.
At the General Meeting held on Thursday 30 July 2020, a resolution was passed to change the name of the company from Medivac Limited to Growth Capital Group Limited.
